Jeanfield traveled to Glasgow by bus to face Toryglen Thistle AFC in the 4th round of the Scottish Cup.

The match began dramatically, with Toryglen's striker suffering a dislocated elbow just three minutes in, forcing an early substitution.

At the 10-minute mark, Jeanfield took the lead when K. Mitchel delivered a well-placed corner, and J. Howie headed it into the net.

In the 20th minute, A. Philips broke through the defense but was brought down, resulting in a red card for Toryglen and a penalty for Jeanfield. A. Abboud confidently converted from the spot to double the lead.
